Butterbeer
Butterbeer is a staple drink found in the Harry Potter series. I researched and came across a few different variations for how to create Butterbeer. Enjoy.
Easy Butterbeer Drink
8 ounces of ginger ale or cream soda
2 Tablespoons of butterscotch syrup
Directions: Mix and serve over ice in a tall glass or mug.
Butterbeer
1 cup of Club Soda
½ cup of Butterscotch syrup
½ of a tablespoon of butter
Directions: In a microwave safe bowl, add ½ cup of butterscotch syrup and ½ of a tablespoon of butter and place in the microwave for about one minute until frothy and mixed together. Stir with a spoon and let cool for about thirty seconds. Next, in a large mug pour the club soda and add the slightly cooled butterscotch syrup. It will bubble and enjoy.
